Profilers    machining centers    Finger Jointing    Tenoners    Mortisers

Bacci linear profilers are available in CNC or template controlled versions. They perform fast shaping and sanding of linear shapes with exceptional finish quality. The CNC versions are powered by the latest 32 bit control and include an easy to use CAM package. These machines are capable of machining the entire perimeter of the workpiece.

5-axis machining centers produced by Bacci are of the latest technology and available in numerous configurations. They can be built with a single table or double table. A single working head or two, with or without tool changers. Contact us and we will offer you the right configuration for your application. 

The Bacci TTF1 is designed for 45º mitre frame door production. With each cycle, the parts are trimmed, drilled and finger jointed. A complete joint is produced each cycle that is incredibly strong and attractive. Contact us and we will send you a sample joint produced from this machine. 

Bacci round-end tenoning machines are available to suit a wide range of production requirements. The model TSG2T offers two tables with a single cutterhead for smaller production requirements. While the hopper feed model TSD offers double sided production available with or without CNC control.

Bacci's line of mortising machines is extensive. Beginning with the single or double table models with a single spindle all the way to hopper feed, double sided models with multiple independent carriages and CNC control.
